"In entrepreneurship, you never know if there’s a finish line," he says. "The only thing you can control is your commitment to the process."

One of the most significant decisions Ofer faced was the sale of Argus Cyber Security to Continental in 2017. Recognizing that achieving global-scale growth required partnering with a key player in the industry, he made the strategic decision to pursue the acquisition. Similarly, the sale of Talon Cyber Security to Palo Alto Networks reflects his strategic approach of balancing personal vision with an understanding of the limitations of independent growth.

Beyond professional capabilities, Ofer emphasizes the importance of family support and balanced partnerships. His wife, a successful entrepreneur in her own right, serves as a source of inspiration and strength, helping him maintain equilibrium between his personal and professional life.
